Every dish at Seagrass is designed to be family-shared, and includes local fish, from yellowfin tuna tartar, to a deliciously light-fried squid and green mango with cashew nuts and spicy lime dressing. Our sashimi, sushi and ice-bowl tartares are particularly popular.
