The waters around COMO Maalifushi are among the most pristine dive sites on our planet, with many reefs almost untouched by mankind. Different dive sites make each trip an adventure for divers of all skill levels to encounter pelagic fish like reef sharks and barracudas or explore underwater pinnacles teeming with colourful corals and macro fascinations.

All scuba divers are required to hold an international scuba diving licence, which you will be asked to provide along with your logbook.

For beginners looking to learn, we have professional guides on-hand and a range of PADI-approved diving courses so you can acquire your scuba license while at the resort.

Discover Scuba Diving
Discover Scuba Diving – not a scuba certification course – is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. You will learn the basic safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional.
Price: US$250 for the first session, US$175 for each additional dive

Scuba Diver
If you’re short on time but want to become a diver, the PADI Scuba Diver is an intermediate step for earning an Open Water Diver certification. You’ll learn to dive to a depth of 12m.
Price: US$595

Open Water Diver
The PADI Open Water Diver course includes three parts: Knowledge Development, Confined Water Dives, and Open Water Dives. As a PADI Open Water Diver, you’ll be trained to a maximum depth of 18m and will qualify to dive in conditions similar to those in which you trained.
