COMO Cuisine welcomes diners to experience each of our COMO Hotels and Resorts worldwide through their celebrated dishes. With a deep respect for authentic recipes, soulful flavours, and traditional cooking techniques, the menu is designed to inspire and delight the palate. Alongside famed classics is a more extensive menu that pays homage to the diverse cultures and tastes in Singapore – from the heartwarming spice-rich laksa to wok-fried favourites, tandoori classics to creamy lobster roll. An all-day dining restaurant serving breakfast through to dinner, COMO Cuisine is designed by acclaimed Italian architect Paola Navone. The lively space features a long bar which serves a full suite of cocktails inspired by each of our properties.
