This class is run by our award-winning chefs at COMO Point Yamu’s Nahmyaa restaurant. Throughout the three-hour session, learn about Thai cuisine and cooking methods while becoming familiar with an array of fresh and exotic produce, including local herbs and spices.
You will learn how to prepare four classic Thai dishes: pad Thai, tom yum, green curry and green papaya salad. Your teacher will explain what the ingredients are and how to prepare them the Thai way. After cooking, you sit down with your classmates to enjoy your creations. The recipes are presented in a COMO booklet for you to take home.
