About the Practitioner
Beata Justkowiak is a psychologist and life coach dedicated to transforming the way we think, work, exercise and live. She makes psychology practical by blending it with life coaching and sport psychology.
Justkowiak's expertise includes emotion regulation, stress and tension release, burnout prevention, depression, anxiety, and restoring balance in the nervous system.
By combining different therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, ST) with her interest in sport psychology and TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), Justkowiak creates workshop that are uniquely positioned to educate, energise and inspire.

11.00am: Begin with a rejuvenating yoga session at our Yoga Studio, guided by our expert instructor.
12.00pm to 3.00pm: Indulge in a healthful, thoughtfully curated menu by Executive Chef Steven Black from our COMO Shambhala Kitchen.
12.30pm to 2.30pm: Enjoy a soothing 15-minute massage for your hands, arms, and shoulders to melt away tension.
2.30pm to 3.30pm: Engage in a transformative COMO Conversation with Beata Justkowiak and discover how to rest deeply, manage stress with ease, and reignite your sense of self-awareness and purpose
