At COMO Castello Del Nero, our cooking classes offer an introduction to Italian culinary traditions through the art of pasta-making. Led either by Executive Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro or his assistant, each session is designed to share knowledge, technique and a genuine passion for Italian cuisine. From refined, in-depth experiences to more relaxed and accessible classes, guests are guided step by step in a welcoming setting, before enjoying the dishes they have prepared at Pavilion.
• Hands-on pasta-making class, guided either by Executive Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro or by his Assistant, with techniques ranging from classic preparations to more refined methods
• Preparation of a variety of fresh pasta, including ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle and tortelli, with step-by-step guidance in a small group setting
• Lunch or early dinner at Pavilion, featuring the dishes prepared during the class, with selected beverages included
• For classes led by Executive Chef Di Pirro: guests receive a COMO apron, a certificate and a collection of recipes prepared during the session
Classes are limited to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 participants, ensuring a personalised experience. Private sessions for smaller groups may be arranged, with exclusivity conditions applied.
Executive Chef Cooking Class Available Tuesday and Wednesday, from 11:30am to approximately 2:00pm (including lunch) €300 per adult (12 years and above) €150 per child (9–11 years, accompanied by a paying adult)
Pasta Class with our Assistant Executive Chef Available Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 4:00pm €160 per adult (12 years and above) €80 per child (9–11 years, accompanied by a paying adult)
Participation is reserved for children aged 9 years and above
Additional guests may join for the meal following the class at a preferential rate
