Martinelli’s global journey has taken him across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, mastering diverse culinary traditions while refining his signature artisanal Italian approach. Now based in Bali, he is the founder of CIBO! Pasta Lab, where he brings authentic, handcrafted Italian flavours to life, focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and bold flavours.
