Led by Professor Kinzang Lhendup from the Royal University of Bhutan, this talk will explore how ancient wisdom can foster mindfulness, balance and personal wellbeing.
Professor Kinzang Lhendup, Assistant Professor at Paro College of Education, is a renowned teacher and educator from Trashigang, Bhutan. Holding a master’s degree in Contemplative Education from Naropa University, Colorado, he integrates Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness (GNH) philosophy with ancient wisdom to promote holistic education and wellbeing.
As an advocate for mindfulness and meditation, Professor Lhendup shares Bhutan’s unique insights on happiness and wellbeing with a global audience, inspiring individuals and communities to embrace a balanced and meaningful life.
