Dive into the heart of Burgundian cuisine with our immersive market-to-table experience. Explore the vibrant Beaune Market with a local chef, selecting the freshest local ingredients from a rich array of seasonal produce.
Return to the kitchen, where you’ll learn to craft these ingredients into a delectable four-course Burgundian menu.
Your private chauffeur will take you from COMO Le Montrachet to the centre of Beaune at 9.00am. Here you will meet with your chef, accompanying them to the market, bakery and cheesemongers to source the freshest local ingredients for your meal.
After this, you will be taken to the chef’s home, where you will be introduced to the dishes you are about to prepare. You will then be guided in cooking a traditional Côte de Beaune menu from scratch, including amuse-bouche, starter, main course and dessert, before sitting down to enjoy your efforts alongside carefully chosen wine pairings. During your meal, our chef will introduce you to the art of food and wine, guiding you through the region’s winemaking history and local culinary traditions. Upon departure, you will receive a bespoke apron to commemorate your experience.
