Join us at our Wine Bar for a unique sensory experience. Our master sommelier will guide you, sharing knowledge of each wine as well as the specific characteristics of the Burgundy region.
Each tasting session will be accompanied by gougères, a Burgundian speciality made from choux pastry and cheese.
Classic Tasting: Three wines – €45 per person Immerse yourself in Burgundy’s winemaking culture with our Classic Tasting. Let us guide you through the nuances and aromas of three wines, each carefully selected by our sommelier, for an hour of discovery that will enhance both taste and knowledge.
Choc des Terroirs Chardonnay Tasting : Four wines – €50 per person Explore Burgundy's diverse terroirs through a selection of evocative Chardonnays. From the Chablisien and the Maconnais, to Côte d'Or and Côte Chalonnaise, allow yourself to savour the differences in soil and climate reflected in each glass.
Le Carré d’Or Tasting: Four wines – €80 per person This tasting will transport you to the heart of Burgundy. Each glass takes you on a tour of the region's prestigious vineyards and exceptional wines, such as Saint Aubin 1er cru, Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru, Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru and Meursault 1er cru.
Prestige Tasting – quotation upon request only Savour our most exclusive COMO Le Montrachet wine experience with our Prestige Tasting. Discover a selection of Grands Crus that embody the very essence of winemaking excellence in a tailor-made tasting ideal for the most knowledgeable connoisseurs.
Each tasting session has a duration of 45 minutes.
Our tastings only take place on Fridays at 6pm. A minimum of four guests is required to book the Choc des Terroirs and Le Carré d'Or tastings, with a maximum of six guests per session.
All experiences are subject to availability and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without 48 hours' notice will be fully charged.
