Membership is valid at participating COMO Hotels and Resorts, excluding COMO Laucala Island.

Membership and its benefits are non-transferrable.

Membership must be valid and presented when checking in, checking out, and each time the guest uses wellness or dining services.

Members are able to enjoy member perks and earn points on room, dining and wellness treatments, for direct reservations (made with the hotel directly by phone, email or via our website). This does not apply to Nobu at COMO Metropolitan London.

Members are not able to earn points on room rates made with third-party travel partners such as online or offline travel agents. However, members can earn points on eligible dining and wellness treatments.

All rates are subject to service charge, prevailing government taxes, blackout periods and availability.

Points cannot be earned on government tax, service charges, tips or external third-party activities.

Members may redeem their points to offset their final bill should they have sufficient points balance.

Partial points redemption is also applicable, with the balance of the final bill in credit or cash, after equivalent amount for points are offset.

Retroactive point claims must be submitted no later than 3 (three) months from the receipt or invoice date to team@comoclub.com.

Members are not able to earn points for purchase or redemption of digital gift card from COMO Hotels and Resorts.
