Mitchell Falls is a four-tiered waterfall surrounded by red sandstone, with layers of emerald water pools. The falls are located in Mitchell River national park and can be accessed by a short hike or by helicopter.
Swimming is not permitted at Mitchell Falls, but you can swim at the Big and Little Mertens Falls which are on the way.
