Throughout your stay, You’ll also engage in a programme of gentle workouts and restorative wellness, as well as soothing evening meditations to ensure restful sleep.

Beginner Cleanse

Our Beginner Cleanse is for those who are new to cleansing, and includes modest portions alongside a variety of soups, juices, and broths.

Advance Clease

The Advanced Cleanse is more intensive and relies on liquids only, including juice extractions, smoothies, and soups.

Tailored Beginner or Advanced Cleanse menus throughout your stay
One 60-minute consultation with Ayurvedic doctor or Chinese doctor
Four 60-minute private classes or treatments
Two InBody Assessments (held at the beginning and end of the Cleanse programme).
Complimentary access to all classes in the Wellness Activity Schedule
Breathwork Card to take home with post-cleanse tips to sustain healthy habits at home.
