The weight limit for all riders is a maximum of 90 kilograms. All riders will be weighed before their ride to ensure the welfare and safety of our horses. Any rider found to be over the maximum weight will not be permitted to participate. Refunds will not be given to those found to be over the maximum weight limit.
For guests who are intoxicated or refuse to follow instruction during the tour or on the premises, our instructors reserve the right to cancel their ride without refund.
All riders must wear their provided helmet on the premises, or bring their own helmet.
No-shows and cancellations made less than four hours before the activity starts will be subject to a 50 per cent cancelation fee.
