Begin with a refreshing spring pea and mint soup, or smoked salmon with asparagus. For your main course, choose from herb-crusted lamb rack, pan-seared sea bass or a luxurious wild mushroom and truffle risotto. Finally, end on a sweet note with a rich chocolate fondant, a tangy lemon and pistachio tart, or a selection of sorbets.
£65 per person, à la carte menu also available.
