Curley trained at prestigious establishments like Pierre Koffmann, Raymond Blanc, and The Savoy before opening his boutique in 2004. He has earned the Master of Culinary Arts, joined Relais Dessert International, and was named "Best British Chocolatier" four times by The Academy of Chocolate.
Curley and his wife Melissa run an independent artisan chocolaterie in London with a dedicated team, using the finest ingredients and partnering with Noalya chocolate to ensure uncompromised quality.
