Philip Rose-Neil is a British acupuncturist and former Chairman of the British Acupuncture Council. He trained in Traditional Acupuncture at the College of Traditional Acupuncture and in 2023 was made a Fellow of the British Acupuncture Council. He integrates different modalities of acupuncture in his practice, including Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Western medical and Five Element.

Yoga and Breathwork

EFT Tapping
Joy Yaffe has over ten years’ experience in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) “tapping”, having been introduced to the technique in 2012.
Since then, Yaffe has continued to deepen her expertise, working with clients to incorporate EFT with breathwork to help manage anxiety, relationship issues, stress, grief and more.
EFT Tapping
Yaffe will lead you in a guided session incorporating breathwork and EFT “tapping”, a therapeutic approach in which the practitioner taps on the body’s acupressure points to send calming signals to the brain, helping to reduce anxiety and stress.
Andrea Molin is a former professional ballet dancer and fully qualified massage therapist and stretch trainer who studied and deepened his knowledge of ballet, movement and the body at the Istituto Addestramento Lavoratori dello Spettacolo (IALS) in Rome.
Molin’s experience combines a mix of different stretching techniques, giving benefits to the body and to its performance.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted Stretching involves a trained practitioner stretching your body for you. In this session, Molin will lead you in several different sets of stretches, each targeting different areas of the body. Assisted Stretching has many of the health benefits and has been shown to reduce muscle pain and inflammation.
