Operations Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities:​
• To assist with the Director of Private Estate with the formulation and implementation of operations strategies related to the Private Estates (SOPs, checklists, departmental tasks, scheduling of staff, etc.)
• Accountable for the provision, development, and implementation of policy, procedures and relevant training to meet COMO guidelines pertaining to the Private Estates and Common Areas surrounding the Private Estates
• Supervise all dedicated Private Estate Staff to ensure compliance with department and Company goals, objectives and standards.
• Knowledge and understanding of the island’s CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) and applicable Rental Agency Agreement.
• Respond to all Home Owner/Guests needs and requests.
• To assist with the preparation of the arrival and departure of home owners and their family members/guests.
• To assist the Director of Private Estate working closely with Home Owners or their representatives and property managers in order to combine work on the houses with maximum rental sales.
• Reviewing general ledger for Private Estate accountant to post on homeowner billing.
• To assist with the supervision of the centralized reservation system for Private Estates and ensure client and Guest satisfaction.
• Assist Private Estate Accountant preparing monthly billing statement and P&L for individual homes
• To prepare and submit timesheets for biweekly staffs to Account office.
• Assisting Director of Private Estate with assigned homes keeping track of Home Owners’ schedule of visit and liaise it with The Resort to ensure there are no conflicting reservations.
• Assisting Director of Private Estate with assigned homes to liaising closely with Estate Executive Housekeeper/Project Manager to ensure all work is completed as efficiently as possible.
• Assisting Director of Private Estate with assigned homes, briefing the butlers assigned to Home Owners to ensure that each butler understands the Owners’ preferences and specific needs.
• Maintain inventory of Home Owners’ personal properties and ensure safekeeping while they are off-island.
• Assisting Director of Private Estate with assigned homes regular update for Opera close outs of any works being done in or around the homes that may affect the rental of properties.

Job Requirements:​
• Must reside on island of Parrot Cay, Turks and Caicos Islands
• Diplomacy and discretion are required in communicating with high profile guests and homeowners.
• Ability to work independently and in flexible hours.
• Being pro-active to identify potential issues before they arise
• Basic accounting skills
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken English
• Computer literate
• Public relations and interpersonal skill
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must have strong knowledge of Residential management and/or Front Office management related experience
