Discover the art of Italian ceramics in the heart of Chianti. Housed in a restored hay barn, Il Tafano Ceramic Laboratory offers immersive pottery experiences for both adults and children.
Under expert guidance, create unique ceramic pieces using the traditional colombino technique, shaping and decorating with natural elements or authentic Italian glazes. After the workshop, your masterpiece will be kiln-fired ready for collection.
Children’s Course A playful introduction to pottery using only hands, clay and imagination. Children will create textured decorations, animals and unique shapes, incorporating natural materials like leaves and twigs. Finished pieces are kiln-fired and returned to participants.
Adults’ Course Learn the traditional colombino technique, shaping and painting your own ceramic piece with authentic Italian glazes.

Adults’ Course – €280 (two to three people), €320 (four to six people)

No penalty for cancellations made at least seven days prior to the experience.
If the experience is cancelled less than seven days before the scheduled time, a 50 per cent penalty will be applied.
