There are two dining venues at COMO Castello Del Nero: Michelin-starred La Torre, and the 'al fresco' Pavilion, as well as a bar, La Taverna. Each dining venue uses carefully sourced produce from around the Tuscan region to produce nourishing and flavoursome dishes full of the spirit of place.
La Torre is overseen by Executive Chef, Giovanni Luca Di Pirro. Ingredients are locally sourced and showcase inventive Italian cuisine at its finest.
