The Concept
Madi's easy, all-day dining menus are expanded into themed events three days a week. On Monday nights, the 'Taste of the Indian Ocean' explores the area's characteristic sweet, sour hot and salty flavours. On Wednesdays, we serve either a Thai or Indonesian menu, each featuring delicious curries, soups and salads. The week ends with a seafood barbecue every Friday night, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the stars rise above the lagoon.
Tai is Japanese for 'red snapper' and symbolises celebration. Our chefs showcase sustainable seafood from the Indian Ocean. This convivial space is the perfect oceanside location for sunset cocktails.
Thila is an open-air bar named after the Maldives' rock formations that rise from the seafloor. With a floor of sand, pool and beachgoing guests can enjoy a more laidback dining environment with full access to Madi's menu of favourites.
