Karai Wall is an endurance and strength competitor from New Zealand and holds a Masters degree in Personal Training from the American Sports and Fitness Association. He works with clients to customise training sessions to suit client needs and goals, incorporating outdoor fitness and flash reflex trainings alongside more traditional techniques.
