Position:  Laundry Assistant
Base Location: COMO Metropolitan London  
Department: Housekeeping
Reporting to: Executive Head Housekeeper

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Be an efficient support to the Housekeeping department in cleaning and maintaining the hotel in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Collect dirty laundry and replace it with clean laundry.
• Deliver any items required by the guest or housekeeping team.
• Be able to manage a variety of different tasks at the same time.
• Help the Housekeeping Floor Supervisors to maintain accurate records in linen inventory, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, lost and found, and with handover.
• Distribute stores to ensure the cupboards on every floor are stocked and clean.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in the housekeeping department.
• Continuously thrive to improve and excel in your communication skills.
• Have a good spoken English, be an attentive listener and a clear communicator.
• You will be flexible, reliable and hard working.
• Be an effective team player.
